Journalism alumna receives Ohio Valley Emmy Award
School of Communication alumna Jamila Williams (BA, journalism, 2009) was awarded with an Emmy Award from the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Williams is a reporter for WLWT in Cincinnati where they received the prestigious award for Daytime and Weekend Newscast.
