Kerry Christopher

Kerry Christopher is a lecturer for The Ohio State University at the main campus in Columbus, Ohio. He is passionate about the field of communication and currently teaches the course Writing for Strategic Communications. Kerry has experience teaching communications at the master’s level for both Kent State University and Bowling Green University.

His full-time job is with Cardinal Health where he serves as the vice president of communications for the Pharmaceutical Segment. Kerry leads a team of communications professionals responsible for providing all external and internal communications for the company.

Prior to Cardinal Health, Kerry was director of communications for General Motors in Detroit, Michigan, and has held numerous positions including media relations in Washington, D.C. during GM’s bankruptcy crisis, overseeing PR for Cadillac, leading communications for manufacturing, labor relations, HR, and has supported numerous senior VPs and CEOs.

Additional career experiences include director of communications for Goodyear Tire & Rubber, product communications for Volkswagen and communications manager for Hyundai where he was responsible for launching the Korean company's first U.S. assembly plant in Montgomery, Alabama.

Kerry currently lives in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife and their seven children. He and his wife grew up together in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
