Rachel Barry Wade Headshot

Congratulations to PhD student Rachel Barry Wade for receiving Ohio State’s Council of Graduate Studies Edward J. Ray Travel Award for Scholarship and Service. The award encourages and enables graduate students to participate in professional conferences by reimbursing or partially reimbursing conference travel expenses. The award gives substantial weight to the recipient’s service to their department, the university and the surrounding community.

Wade’s travel stipend will be used towards her upcoming trip to Gold Coast, Australia, to present at the International Communication Association conference in June.

For more information about the award, visit the Council of Graduate Students website.
