Associate Professor of Practice Nicole Kraft recently joined Betsy Ross of the University of Notre Dame and host Shannon Scovel of University of Tennessee on the AEJMC Sports Communication Interest Group Podcast to discuss her career and the college football national championship game between the Buckeyes and the Fighting Irish. 

Kraft, who is director of Ohio State’s Sports and Society Initiative, explained how she connects students to career skills and opportunities in sports media. Kraft also discussed the change to the College Football Playoff and the impact it has for fans and players.  

She ended the podcast on the note that it is important to realize that sports can bring us together, and that we should not consider rivals to be enemies.
