Barry Wade, Monge receive Graduate Associate Teaching Award

Congratulations to graduate students Rachel Barry Wade and Charles Monge for receiving 2024/25 Graduate Associate Teaching Awards.
These awards acknowledges graduate students who have been appointed as a Graduate Teaching Associate and have taught at least one full semester as a graduate teaching assistant, have met the requirements for holding a Graduate Associate appointment during the semester they taught as a GTA, are enrolled as a student during the term of application and awarding and have at least a cGPA of 3.0.
As recipients of the GATA, Barry Wade and Monge will individually be awarded $2,000 for their accomplishments and will be honored at the annual Graduate School Awards Ceremony.
The Graduate Associate Teaching Award is Ohio State’s highest recognition of the exceptional teaching provided by graduate students serving as Graduate Teaching Associates.
