Professor Brad Bushman joined several media violence researchers and scholars to request a conversation with the White House to discuss media violence. 

 

President Trump met with various industry representatives in March to begin dialogue on how to improve media violence. In the letter to the White House, Bushman and several media violence scholars applauded the beginning of the conversation, but requested that the dialogue continue with leading scientists and researchers who can present evidence for public policy considerations.
