Congratulations to the Public Relations Student Society of America chapter at Ohio State for receiving a 2021 Star Chapter Award from the PRSSA 2021-2022 National Committee. The Star Chapter Award goes to chapters that provide outstanding programming and relationship building opportunities for students.

Earning the Star Chapter Award carries special significance this year considering the challenging situation our student leaders faced last school year due to COVID,” Mary Sterenberg, the chapter’s faculty advisor, said. “I can’t give them enough credit for pivoting and getting creative to continue serving as such a valuable resource to student members.”

The PRSSA chapter at Ohio State has more than 100 members and operates an active student-run PR firm, The PRactice.
