Kraft Talks Return of Sports to Empty Stands

Dr. Nicole Kraft, associate professor of clinical communication and director of Ohio State's Sports and Society Initiative, was quoted in The Athletic's article, "‘There’s no crying, no joy’: How will fans react to games in empty stadiums?"

“To have sports absent from our lives now has had an impact in ways we can’t quantify," said Kraft. "Sports is our universal language, and we have lost this culture touchstone we all share.”
