Associate Professor of Practice Nicole Kraft co-edited a new book aimed to help instructors across communication studies better incorporate ethics into their curriculum.

Kraft joined with Kathleen Bartzen Culver, director of the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication, to edit “Teaching Media Ethics: Integrating Ethics Across the Mass Communication Curriculum.” The book was published by Rowman & Littlefield as part of the Master Class Series from the Association of Educators in Mass Communication and Journalism. It features chapters on 21 of the most respected media ethicists writing on subjects related to undergraduate and graduate teaching, diversifying curriculum and ethics in various media fields including broadcast and social media.

Kraft also contributed two chapters to the book: “Ethics in Student Media” and “Sports Reporting.”
