Lecturer Dan Farkas gave two presentations at PRSSA's international conference Oct. 18-22 in San Diego, California.

Farkas was one of only a dozen speakers to present two times over the course of the conference.

His "Cracks, Hacks and Backs: A Practical Guide to Multimedia Communication in 2019" taught attendees how to create content calendars, measure multimedia plans and utilize resources to boost consumer communication and engagement.

Farkas' second presentation, "Creating Your Mobile Video Plan," communicated the ways nonprofit organizations can leverage free resources and affordable tools to create meaningful video content to increase donations.

“Having a chance to showcase best practices at such prestigious forums is always an honor,” Farkas said. “We need to fundamentally change how we communicate, and this was a great way to showcase affordable ways to make that happen.”
