Bond Publishes Study on Adolescents and Screen Time

Dr. Robert Bond

Researcher and Associate Professor Robert Bond's article "Social network determinants of screen time among adolescents" was published in The Social Science Journal Sept. 21.

The research uses social cognition theory to explore the relationship between screen-based media consumption the adolescent's social environment. Results indicate a strong positive correlation between media consumption in adolescents and their friends.
