Student members of the Black Advertising Strategic Communication Association traveled to Cleveland to tour the Cleveland Browns stadium on March 3. These students networked with professionals in the sports industry and saw behind the scenes of a professional football team.

BASCA then hosted a panel of communications professionals from the Cleveland Browns in Columbus on March 31. 

The panelists included: 

• Shawn Stevenson, Social Media Coordinator, Cleveland Browns
• Leanne Jones, Senior Marketing Manager, Cleveland Browns
• Danielle Lewis, Senior Director of Events and Branding, Cleveland Browns
• Brady Payne, Owner of the Cleveland Rugby League

These new connections open BASCA students to jobs in the sports industry.
