Kamenchuk and Nisbet Part of $300K Grant

Professors Erik Nisbet and Olga Kamenchuk

Associate professors Olga Kamenchuk and Erik Nisbet will conduct research supported by a $300,000 grant awarded to the Center for Slavic and Eastern European Studies from the U.S. State Department.

Kamenchuk and Nisbet's research project will focus on attitudes surrounding foreign policy and international disinformation in Serbia. They will compare new survey research to ones previously conducted in Ukraine and Russia.

Co-directors of the Eurasian Security and Governance Program at the Mershon Center for International Security Studies, Kamenchuk and Nisbet will work with faculty members from the University of Belgrade on this study.
