ICA Recognizes Ohio State Research

The research of several faculty members and graduate students in the School of Communication received recognition from the International Communication Association and will be highlighted at the 2018 ICA Conference.
 
Assistant professor Richard Huskey and graduate student Shelby Wilcox received a Top Six Paper award in the Communication Science and Biology sector for their paper titled “Are media induced flow experiences energetically optimized? A test of the synchronization theory of flow’s optimality hypothesis.”
 
Assistant professor Graham Dixon and graduate student Austin Hubner received a Top Paper Award in the Environmental Communication division for their paper titled “Neutralizing political worldviews by communicating scientific agreement: A thought-listing study.”
